Welcome to IC3E’2024
The IC3E’2024 conference is the fourth edition in the series of the International Conference on Electronics and Electrical Engineering, organized by the electrical engineering departement at Bouira University since 2018.
IC3E’2024 will be held on November 2–3, 2024, in hybrid mode at Bouira, Algeria. The conference main theme highlights all the fields of electronics and electrical engineering and their applications, such as renewable and sustainable energy, green hydrogen, modern power systems and technologies, smart grids, communication systems, antennas, wave guides, Rf systems, image processing, and speech processing.
We hope that this conference will support advanced technologies and create an environment where researchers and professionals can collaborate and exchange experience. This conference will offer a unique chance for the academic and industry communities to tackle emerging difficulties, exchange innovative solutions, and deliberate on future research trajectories. The technical program will consist of plenary lectures, regular technical sessions, and special sessions.
According to a second version, the merchants noted that the land, always left fallow, was uncultivated. Other versions attribute the town’s name to the presence of a well that caravanners used as a stopping point.
The town of Bouira is located in the geographical heart of the province. It borders the municipalities of Ait Laziz in the north, Aïn Turk in the north-east (home to the largest aqueduct in Africa), Aïn El Hadjar in the east, El Hachimia in the south-east, Oued El Berdi in the south, El Asnam in the south-west, Haizer in the west, and Taghzourt in the north-west.
